Libya, like all countries worldwide, has doctors available to help care for injuries and also to care for emergency medical needs. There are various forums located throughout the Internet that are especially for doctors and other medical staff that allow them to share information and bring hope to some people who may otherwise have suffered unnecessarily.
Unlike the UK and the USA, Libya is considered to be a third world country, meaning that any financial help that they can obtain would be much appreciated by them, as would any food and medical supplies. There are many charities that donate used items, such as clothing and mobile phones, to countries such as Libya, in order to help make citizens lives somewhat easier for them.
An example of such a charity is Oxfam, that is probably one of the
oldest charities within the United Kingdom, who send unwanted supplies from there all over the world to people who need them the most, ensuring that the world ends up being a better place for all its citizens, not just the ones lucky enough to live in financially stable areas.
